More than 48 hours before the scheduled date/time: Full refund, minus any administrative or banking fees.

47 hours or less before the scheduled date/time: No refund.
4. No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled service, tour, or booking without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
5. Changes & Rescheduling

Requests to change dates or transfer bookings may be accommodated depending on availability.

Additional fees may apply in cases where suppliers or partners impose charges.

If a change cannot be accommodated, the original cancellation terms apply.
6. Non-Refundable Services
Some services, such as discounted promotions, limited-time offers, and third-party event tickets, may be non-refundable.
Any non-refundable conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
7. Cancellations by Helvetica Itinerantur
In rare cases, Helvetica Itinerantur may cancel a service due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

If weather conditions pose risks to safety or affect the execution of an activity, the service may be postponed or cancelled.

Customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Weather assessment and safety decisions are made solely by Helvetica Itinerantur or its authorized partners.
7.2 Minimum Participation

Certain tours or activities require a minimum number of participants.

If minimum participation is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the event.

Customers will receive a full refund or may choose to move their booking to another date or activity.
7.3 COVID-19 / Health Restrictions

Should government regulations, travel restrictions, or health emergencies (including COVID-19) force cancellation, customers will receive one of the following:

a full refund,

a credit voucher for future use, or

the option to reschedule.

If a customer is personally unable to travel due to a positive COVID diagnosis or mandatory quarantine, documentation may be required to process a refund or rescheduling request.
8. Third-Party Providers
Some services may be delivered by external suppliers such as transport companies, event organizers, hotels, or activity operators.

Refunds for services that are fulfilled by third-party providers are subject to their individual cancellation policies.

Helvetica Itinerantur acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for refund refusals or policy decisions made by third-party suppliers.

9. Refund Processing

Refunds may take 5–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Administrative or transaction fees charged by banks, payment gateways, or third-party vendors may be deducted from the refund amount when applicable.

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain travel insurance, covering cancellation, medical emergencies, weather disruptions, or unexpected travel restrictions.
